Q-What happens after I request a project?
A-We thoroughly review your request, respond with a detailed proposal that opens a communication channel to further discuss the project.
Q-Do I pay before or after the work is completed?
A-Payment is made before each phase begins. We’ll start working on your website after we have confirmation of phase 1 payment.
Paying by phases simply means that the project can be divided into multiple phases so that a $600 project can be paid 3 times ($200 for each phase) at different levels of completion.
Q-How does phase payment work?
A-Is it beneficial to me? Payment phases enables us to divide the project into milestones. For example, phase 1 can be setting up and defining the overall design (theme), defining color schemes and fonts and building the homepage and footer. Phase 2 can be building the rest of the pages. Phase 3 can be optimizing the website for search engines (SEO), ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility, connecting domain and launching the website. In this way, you only make payment for the second phase after you are 100% satisfied with the first phase.
Our clients love payment phases and so will you because if you don’t like the way the project is going, you can simply end it.
Q-After I make payment, how long will it take you to confirm?
A-Less than 24 hours.
Q-How do I pay for the project?
A-Once we reach an agreement and we are ready to begin working on your project, you will receive a phase 1 payment notice via email with a link for you to pay. You’ll be able to pay using PayPal, eCheck, MasterCard, visa.
Q-How long will it take to complete the project?
A-Usually within 5-9 days, but it really depends on the level of work to be done and how fast you are able to respond to our questions/messages, review our work and respond with comments/thoughts on needed changes (if any).
We work very fast. You will have the first review within 24-36 hours from time we’re hired. During the project discussion we shall discuss possible delivery time frame with you.
Q-Do I get refund if I don’t like the outcome or if I change my mind about the project?
A-YES
Q-Will I be able to easily edit and manage my website after your work?
A-You won’t run into any difficulties with editing your website because we keep everything very easy so that you only drag and drop elements to add contents, click to edit texts, click to set color, alignment, size, etc.
You won’t have any business going into the code, we do all the coding so that you never have to.
Q-Do you offer maintenance or retainer services? $100.00 Per month
A-YES, we don’t. We will stay on and maintain your website by updating its contents, publishing blog articles, adding products, etc.
Help you make minor design updates whenever you need one. Updates that takes 30 minutes or less to make are free, if more than 40 minutes, we’ll have to discuss a fee.
We are still helping clients from as far back as 9 years ago. Some clients have left us with access to their website so that if or whenever they need something updated or modified, all they have to do is send us a message to take care of it for them.
